Victory Commercial Management, Inc. (VCM) aims to become one of the leading commercial property management and investment companies in the Greater New York area. Established on July 6, 2017, VCM is a Nevada corporation that operates through its subsidiaries VCI and Sino Pride to control Dalian Victory Plaza Development Co., Ltd. (“DVPD”), Dalian Victory Business Management, and Dalian Victory Property Management.

Our teams have a 20-plus year history of successful managing and investing in real estate, providing many sophisticated investors with a global platform driven by local investment talent. We offer real estate solutions across the risk spectrum, spanning geographies and public and private markets. Our vast team brings functional expertise, as well as deep experience in commercial management, acquisitions, leasing and engineering.

We’re actively seeking to acquire and invest well-located, value-add shopping malls, offices, hotels, golf courses with cash flow growth potential across the United States.

History

In the 1990s,  DVPD started engaging in the commercial real estate business in China. Noticeably, DVPD successfully acquired and transformed a city landmark (No. 28 Victory Plaza) into a one-stop shopping paradise, Dalian Victory Shopping Plaza, for the local people in Dalian, China. The Plaza was opened with a gross area over 137,000  square meters in 1998 following an investment of 34 million USD. The Plaza has gradually differentiated itself from the traditional shopping malls in the region and pioneered in re-shaping a local shopping experience through providing broader options that traditional ones failed to. The Plaza introduced a better value proposition for both consumers and retailers.

Global Operations

Multiple branches have been established respectively in Hong Kong, Dalian, and Shenzhen. VCM also has an operational base in Dubai which was established after the movement of the primary office to New York, through which a global operational network has been organized.

Our Business

Victory Commercial Management, Inc. (VCM) will actively engage in property management and leasing in commercial real estate in North America. The targeted properties are office rental buildings, shopping malls, offices, hotels and golf courses. For the property acquired, we will team up with local property management companies to provide the localized experiences to our tenants with our global expertise.
